                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                   SUMMITT LANDFILL GAS RECOVERY SYSTEM
                   CONTRACT TO GARRISON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY/
                   WASTE ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES FOR THEIR LOW BID
                   OF SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND,
                   SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($737,779.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of the Summitt Landfill Gas Recovery System Contract to
       Garrison Construction Company/Waste Energy Technologies for their 

       low bid of $737,779.00.
